When Can I Expect To Receive My Order?
Please refer to each product description for expected turn around times. *Please note "Turnaround Time" Refers to how long it will take to process your order (this does NOT include shipping time). If you are unsure about how long it may take to receive an item and/or you need by a certain date please feel free to ask or let us know! If you need an item by a certain date please list this in the checkout notes. If a "need by date" isn't listed we will not know and will go about our regular processing time schedule. Rush Services & Expedited Shipping are available on many (but not all of our items) for additional fees. Contact us first prior to ordering to assure we can accommodate your requests.

Am I Charged Sales Tax?
Sales Tax is applied to all orders shipped to Missouri Addresses ONLY. All other states will not be charged Sales Tax.

How Do I Check my Order Status?
You may view the status and details of your order at anytime! Simply click on our "Order Tracking" Button where you will be prompted to enter your email address and order number.

How Do I Make A Return?
For specific Return/Exchange instructions, please see our "Shipping/Returns" Page. ***Please keep in mind all of our Custom-Made, Monogrammed and Personalized items are FINAL SALES and are NOT subject to refunds or exchanges***. If you do not know if your product fits into this category please feel free to ask.
    In the case that we have made a mistake or you received a defective item, Prissy in Pink will gladly resolve the issue immediately. At that point an exchange or refund will be issued. Ready to ship (non custom items) do qualify for exchanges/returns. *Important-For any type of return or exchange buyers must notify Prissy in Pink within 7 business days to receive this credit. If 7 business days has passed we can no longer honor your request. *Shipping costs (initial shipping or to send an item back) are non-refundable and must be paid by the buyer.
