Prissy in Pink knows our customers are super excited to receive their fabulous products! That is why fast and affordable shipping and order processing is extremely important to us and taken very seriously.
As a gift to our customers and their pocket books, Prissy in Pink SHIPS ALL ORDERS FOR ONLY $6.95.
*These terms apply to shipping within the United States ONLY & non rush orders.

Your account will be charged at the time your order is submitted. Credit Card Authorization and Verification must be received BEFORE any order is processed.
Shipping ServicesPrissy in Pink wants to ensure our customers receive the products as fast and as affordable as possible. We are currently shipping all of our products via FedEx, UPS and USPS depending on each individual situation.
***We encourage our customers to check product availability and estimated turn around times BEFORE placing their orders. "Turn Around Time" refers to how long it takes to process an order (this does NOT include shipping time) & is listed under each of our product descriptions***Expedited/Rush Delivery ServicesPrissy in Pink offers Rush Delivery on many (but not all) of our fabulous products for an additional charge. If you would like your order faster than what is noted under the product description, please feel free to contact Prissy In Pink for special arrangements and product specifications. Upon checking out, our customers will be able to select Rush Delivery Services if available. If you are unsure whether your product can be expedited, contact Prissy In Pink and we will get an answer for you immediately. We will work VERY HARD to accommodate our customers needs! *Please note "Rush My Order" refers to speeding up the processing time (how long it takes to make a custom item). For example-if an item normally takes 3 weeks to make (prior to shipping) "Rush my Order" will speed up the processing time to say 12-14 business days (prior to shipping) as an example. This fee DOES NOT include expedited shipping services. In some cases if you need an item "Rush Made" AND delivered in 1 or 2 days extra shipping fees will be applied.

Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Central Standard Time
If an order is placed after 5PM CST, it will be processed the NEXT BUSINESS DAY. *When referring to product "Delivery Time Frames" the time period refers to "Business Days Only." We do not work on Weekends so please plan accordingly when placing your order.
We are not in our offices on Saturdays, Sundays or National Holidays. Orders placed during those times will not be able to ship or process until regular business hours are resumed. We do apologize for any inconveniences this may cause our customers.
Holidays
It is never too early to start shopping for the holidays or that special occasion gift!
***Please note our BUSY months are November and December and during those months are sales volume increases dramatically***
Prissy in Pink will work EXTRA HARD, doing our very best to ensure our customers receive their products by the date they are needed! All custom-made, monogrammed and personalized items may require additional processing time during the holidays. If you need your item by a specific date, please contact Prissy in Pink BEFORE placing your order and we will begin processing immediately.
Order Tracking
Prissy in Pink will always contact our customers via email or paypal notification as their product(s) ship. If you ordered more than one item, please keep in mind they may arrive in several shipments. You may track your order at any time using the order contact button on our website. There you will be able to view full order details and status. Please have available the email address you used to purchase your order, as well as the order number. *Please note-we can track your items just as you can. Once products ship and leave our facility we cannot control where they are in the mail and are not responsible for delayed shipping.
Lost/Damaged/Stolen Merchandise
***Please be advised that Prissy in Pink is NOT RESPONSIBLE for Lost, Damaged or Stolen Merchandise that occur in transit***
***For our customer’s peace of mind, we highly encourage purchasing shipping insurance, available upon checkout for an additional fee. If you are interested in purchasing insurance please let us know.
Custom-Made/Monogrammed/Personalized Items
The majority of our fabulous and unique products are hand-crafted with Love especially for you and your little princess at the time of order (Custom Made).***Please keep in
mind all of our Custom-Made, Monogrammed and Personalized items are
FINAL SALES and are NOT subject to refunds or exchanges***. If you do
not know if your product fits into this category please feel free to
ask.
In the case that we have made a mistake or you received a
defective item, Prissy in Pink will gladly resolve the issue
immediately. At that point an exchange or refund will be issued. Ready
to ship (non custom items) do qualify for exchanges/returns.
*Important-For any type of refund or exchange buyers must notify Prissy
in Pink within 7 business days to receive this credit. If 7 business
days has passed we can no longer honor your request. *Shipping costs
(initial shipping or to send an item back) are non-refundable and must
be paid by the buyer.

Returns/Exchanges
Returns-Which products qualify?
Prissy in Pink will gladly refund all non-custom, non-personalized or monogrammed items. There will be NO RETURNS on any custom, personalized or monogrammed item. Items must be unworn, have original tags and include all accessories of the original package to qualify for a full refund. Each returned item will be fully inspected before the refund is issued. Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Exchanges-Which products qualify?
Prissy in Pink will gladly exchange all non-custom, non-personalized or monogrammed items. Items must be unworn, have original tags and include all accessories of the original package to qualify for a full exchange. Each returned item will be fully inspected before the exchange is issued. If a customer has received the incorrect size Prissy in Pink will gladly exchange your item if it is available and in stock.
***BEFORE RETURNING ANY MERCHANDISE CUSTOMERS MUST DO THE FOLLOWING***
- Notify Prissy in Pink using our Contact Form before returning any merchandise to ensure the product qualifies and is eligible for a return/refund/exchange.
- Must notify Prissy in Pink within 7 business days after the product(s) is received.
- Ensure all merchandise is shipped and received to the specified instructed address within 14 days.
