Orders with Standard Shipping for *in-stock* items typically take between 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. We like to ship FAST! If you are having your items personalized (embroidery services) please allow an additional 5-7 business days for processing time. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.


USPS is our preferred shipping carrier for domestic orders. You may select from USPS Standard Mail Services or Priority Mail Express. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval. We use UPS as our preferred shipping carrier for domestic orders. Our shipping department ships M-F (closed weekends & all holidays). Please remember that delivery time does not include Sundays or Holidays. You will be notified by email regarding back ordered items and expected delays. Prissy in Pink will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification. If time is of the extreme essence or a customer has a specific request we can ship via FedEx. If you are having trouble tracking your package with the tracking number we provide please contact USPS.


We do ship international but our shopping cart is not set up to charge for international shipping. If our shipping charge does not cover the cost to ship your package we will invoice you the difference for shipping. If the difference is not paid within 48 hours we will refund your order.
